Request Order Update System

To activate an order update request please login to your account by clicking the Log In link and entering your e-mail address and password. Once logged in you will see Customer Control Panel in the upper left menu. Please click request order update and you will see your order history on the screen.

To submit your order update request simply click the button next to your order number that says "Request order update". You will receive an e-mail within minutes to confirm the update request is in process. Once a tracking number is available you will receive it via email.
